Bray Park Pump Station Mural

Celebrating the Wildlife of Bray Park

Street Art Concepts transformed this brick pump station in Bray Park into a bright celebration of the wildlife found throughout the local area.

Visible from Francis Road, the mural features fauna selected by the local community, giving the finished artwork a genuine connection to the people and environment surrounding it.

Among the wildlife taking centre stage is a striking cockatiel, brought to life with vibrant colour and detail against the brickwork. The familiar Australian bird adds plenty of personality to the piece while helping connect the artwork with the natural character of the area.

What was once purely functional infrastructure is now a colourful local feature — demonstrating how community-led public art can bring nature, identity and creativity into everyday spaces.
